BILLING and FAQ'S

Q1.  I am currently listed in the American Dental Directory and my listing is about to expire.  How do I renew my listing?

A1. You should be receiving a renwal invoice in the mail soon if your membership has not expired.  You can either wait for the invoice or visit GET LISTED 

Q2.  I am a new Dental Professional that would like to be listed in the American Dental Directory.  Where do I start?

A2.  Visit GET LISTED.

Q3.  I recieved my American Dental Directory order form in the mail but I misplaced it.  How do I renew my Listing?

A3.  Visit GET LISTED

Q4.  My American Dental Directory Listing recently expired but I didn't receive an order form?  How do I order a Listing?

A4.  Visit GET LISTED

Q5.  I paid my American Dental Directory Listing fee but my listing has not appeared in the Directory.  When will it be listed?

A5.  Due to the fact that the American Dental Direcotry is nationwide and serves Dental Professionals from coast to coast, lisitngs can take up to 4 weeks to post after receipt of your listing order.

Q6.  I already paid my Listing Fee but received a duplicate order form.  What should I do?

A6.  Disregard the Duplicate order form.  If for some reason we don't recieve your payment we will contact you.

Q7.  I received an American Dental Directory Listing order form in the mail that requested payment if I wanted to be listed.  I don't want to be listed in the American Dental Directory, what should I do? 

A7.  Being listed in the American Dental Directory is optional.  If you have too many patients or just wish not to be listed in the American Dental Directory then you need to do nothing more than ignore and dispose of the Listing Order Form.
